DECEMBER 14, 2005 - Production Gathering Company, LP renews its Firm Storage Agreements with Gulf/South Pipeline.

NOVEMBER 29, 2005 - Production Gathering Company, LP begins withdrawals from its firm storage at Gulf/South Bistineau facility for natural gas deliveries to Texas Gas Transmission Corporation.

OCTOBER 21, 2005 - PGC Gas Company, LP agrees to participate in 4 new drilling prospects located in Sutton County, Texas.

JULY 1, 2005 - Production Gathering Company, LP along with venture partner Lemon Creek Oil & Gas has purchased various oil and gas working and royalty interests from Northwest Oil Company and the MKB Trust. The properties are located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Mississippi.

MARCH 9, 2005 - Production Gathering Company, LP continues its participation in the Cotton Valley/Bossier Trend located in Freestone County, Texas. PGC has committed to participate in the drilling of 12 new wells during the 2005 calendar year.

JANUARY 26, 2005 - Production Gathering Company, LP continues its annual participation as an exhibitor at the North American Prospect Expo in Houston, Texas.

NOVEMBER 16, 2004 - Production Gathering Company, LP utilizes its Firm Storage for winter 2004/2005 natural gas sales on GulfSouth Pipeline.

SEPTEMBER 8, 2004 - Production Gathering Company, LP continues its participation in the drilling of 3 new wells located in the Bald Prairie Field, Robertson County, Texas.

AUGUST 10, 2004 - Production Gathering Company, LP closes its purchase of interests in various oil and gas properties located in the Permian Basin.

JULY 16, 2004 - Production Gathering Company, LP enters into a purchase agreement covering various oil and gas properties located in the Permian Basin of Texas.

MARCH 16, 2004 - Production Gathering Company, LP acquires non-operated interests in 14 natural gas properties located in the Sawyer (Canyon) Field, Sutton County, Texas.

JANUARY 15, 2004 - Production Gathering Company, LP will be a prospect exhibitor at the North American Prospect Expo in Houston February 4-6, 2004. PGC will be showing its horizontal Devonian prospect located in the Yarborough & Allen Field, Ector County, Texas, along with several producing property packages.

DECEMBER 29, 2003 - Production Gathering Company, LP begins deliveries under its FSS Agreements on GulfSouth to Texas Gas Transmission.

OCTOBER 7, 2003 - Production Gathering Company, LP continues its participation in 4 new drillsites with XTO Energy in the Bald Prairie Field, Robertson County, Texas.

SEPTEMBER 14, 2003 - Production Gathering Company, LP continues its Firm Storage at GulfSouth Bisteneau Storage Field located in Bienville Parish, Louisiana.

JUNE 20, 2003 - Production Gathering Company, LP continues its participation with XTO Energy in the drilling of multiple wells in the Cotton Valley/Bossier formation, Freestone County, Texas.

MAY 14, 2003 - PGC Gas Company begins participation with Kerr-McGee in the drilling of 2 wells located in the Borosa Field, Starr County, Texas.

APRIL 30, 2003 - Production Gathering Company, LP closes an acquisition covering non-operated interests in multiple units located in the San Juan Basin, New Mexico.
