JULY 26, 2002 - Production Gathering Company - SJ Basin, L.L.C. enters into multiyear wellhead natural gas purchases in San Juan Basin, New Mexico.

JULY 23, 2002 - PGC Gas Company acquires the oil and gas assets of SCR Exploration, Inc., located in Starr and Jasper Counties, Texas.

JUNE 20, 2002 - PGC Gas Company continues its participation in 5 new drillsites with XTO Energy in development of Cotton Valley Group/Bossier Sands in Freestone County, Texas.

MAY 9, 2002 - The EIA begins reporting national gas storage estimates today with updates every Thursday at 10:15 AM. The PGCGas website provides both the current EIA estimate and historical AGA statistics.

APRIL 24, 2002 - Production Gathering continues its support of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers by sponsorship and exhibition at the Annual Oil Show and Convention.

MARCH 27, 2002 - Production Gathering enters into additional firm storage agreements at GulfSouth's Bistineau Storage Field, located in Louisiana.

JANUARY 3, 2002 - Natural gas storage statistics will continue to be reported by the AGA through April, 2002. At that time the Energy Information Agency (EIA) will begin posting the weekly survey. PGC will continue its weekly update of these statistics.

DECEMBER 9, 2001 - PGC Gas Company is participating with XTO Energy in multiple Bossier/Cotton Valley drill sites in Freestone County, Texas.

OCTOBER 16, 2001 - Production Gathering Company, L.P. continues its Firm Storage at GulfSouth's Bistineau Storage Facility. Natural gas deliveries during the 2000/2001 winter term are to Texas Gas Transmission, Texas Eastern, Transco and Florida Gas.

MAY 10, 2001 - PGC Gas Company is a participating partner with Kaiser-Francis Oil Company in further development of the Bossier Sand Play - Freestone County, Texas. PGC Gas Company has elected to participate in multiple recompletions and increased density drilling locations.

APRIL 11, 2001 - Congratulations to Mr. Bill Setzler, winner of a Palm M100 at the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers Annual Meeting. Production Gathering continued as a sponsor and exhibitor at this annual convention and oil show.

MARCH 26, 2001 - Production Gathering Company - L.L.C. has changed its name and corporate structure to Production Gathering Company, L.P. and is now managed by Production Gathering Company G.P., L.L.C. Personnel and offices remain the same.
