SEPTEMBER 11, 2000 - Production Gathering Company, L.L.C. enters into a Firm Transportation Agreement with Koch Gateway Pipeline Company, for receipts from Production Gathering's Firm Storage Supply to Texas Gas-Lonewa, Transco-Homesville, and Columbia-Barron.

AUGUST 16, 2000 - Production Gathering Company, L.L.C. is a participant in the Energy-Economy 2000 Conference to be held September 12-14 in Houston, Texas.

JULY 31, 2000 - PGC Gas Company acquires working interests in natural gas properties located in Beaver and Woodward Counties, Oklahoma.

JULY 18, 2000 - Production Gathering Company, L.L.C. enters into a multi-year wellhead natural gas purchase covering interests located in New Mexico, Texas and Wyoming.

JULY 1, 2000 - Production Gathering Company, L.L.C. begins natural gas deliveries to Texas Gas Pipeline at Lonewa. The natural gas deliveries are under peaking and base-load natural gas sales agreements.

MAY 25, 2000 - Production Gathering Company - L.L.C. parks natural gas storage volumes at Texas Gas Pipeline Lonewa - SL, for peaking of natural gas markets during the months of July and August, 2000.
